Software subscriptions
For TempleNxtGen software subscriptions, cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the plan and terms agreed with Harvin Technologies at purchase. Contact admin@templenxtgen.com with your subscription or invoice reference. This page does not create a new refund entitlement or promise an automatic refund.
Temple bookings and donations
Seva, pooja, hall reservations, donations and other temple transactions are subject to the relevant temple’s eligibility, cancellation and refund rules. Contact that temple with the original receipt or booking reference. A request or screenshot alone does not confirm a refund; authorized processing and verified payment status are required.
Provider processing
Gateway refund processing and settlement adjustments depend on the configured provider and original payment. Bank processing time is not controlled by this website. Ledger allocations are not transfers between bank accounts.
